Severe Weather

In the event that severe weather or other emergency circumstances cause a change in the Commencement schedule, including cancellation of Commencement, 麻豆原创 will activate the emergency notification system. E-mails, phone and text messages will be distributed to all students, faculty and staff.

Any updates will also be posted on the www.lewisu.edu website.

Guest Information for the Commencement Ceremonies

We are excited to welcome the guests of graduates to campus! Below is some information that may be helpful as part of the celebration.

All guests, including infants and children will need a ticket.
Tickets can be printed or presented on a phone.
Doors will open 1 hour prior to the Degree Ceremony start time.

Accessible parking is available in Lot GG. Please let Campus Police know when entering campus and they can assist with directions.
All Degree Ceremonies will be held in the Student Recreation and Fitness Center Fieldhouse.
Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
Balloons are not permitted in the fieldhouse.
