Severe Weather

In the event that severe weather or other emergency circumstances cause a change in the Commencement schedule, including cancellation of Commencement, 麻豆原创 will activate the emergency notification system. E-mails, phone and text messages will be distributed to all students, faculty and staff.

Any updates will also be posted on the www.lewisu.edu website.

Application for Graduation

All candidates for graduation at any of the three graduation periods must submit an application to the Office of the Registrar.

Graduation Month	Application Opens	Deadline to Apply
December	July 2	October 1
May	October 2	February 1
August	February 2	July 1

Applications received after the deadline will be considered for the next graduation. All students are required to pay a graduation processing fee.

Students should review their progress towards completion with their Advisor to determine when they should apply for graduation. The graduation application is located in the My麻豆原创 student portal under ‘Records and Registration’ tab.
