Ordering Caps and Gowns
May 2024 Cap & Gown Information
The deadline to order your gap and gown without occurring a late fee was April 01, 2024. Students who missed the ordering deadline will need to contact Myles Olson at mcolson@herffjones.com. They will incur a $25.00 expediting fee and will also be required to pick-up their cap and gown on the day of graduation.

Please review the below information carefully for the degree ceremony schedules. You can view your college and level in your Degree Works. Additionally, your e-tickets will be issued under your correct ceremony.

Evening Graduate Degree Ceremony

SATURDAY, MAY 11
Morning Graduate Degree Ceremony
Time: 9:00a.m.
Colleges: Aviation, Science and Technology & Nursing and Health Sciences ONLY
Afternoon Undergraduate Degree Ceremony
Time: 1:00p.m.
Colleges: Aviation, Science and Technology, Nursing and Health Sciences & Humanities, Fine Arts, and Communications ONLY
Evening Undergraduate Degree Ceremony
Time: 5:00p.m.
Colleges: Business & Education and Social Sciences ONLY
Ceremony Participation Guidelines for May 2024 Candidates
May candidates must have a ‘Clear Except Final Grades’ or ‘Cleared for Graduation’ DW status by April 11 to participate in the ceremony. E-ticketing details are available on the commencement webpage.
Candidates must order their cap & gown through the 麻豆原创 site. Graduation candidates are required to have their 麻豆原创, May 2024 cap and gown to participate in commencement ceremonies.
Financial Policy
麻豆原创 policy requires that a student account must be clear before tickets are available for the ceremony. You may check your account balance through your my麻豆原创 portal 鈥� STUDENT ACCOUNT.
Cap & Gown
Your graduation processing fee includes your cap & gown whether you attend your ceremony or not. Candidates are responsible for the shipping fee and tax for their cap & gown. The shipping fee is $14.90 plus tax. Candidates will be required to pay this fee at the time of their cap & gown order. To avoid late fees, order your cap & gown before 04/01/2024.
The Office of the Registrar does not process late cap and gown orders. Students who miss the ordering deadline will need to contact Myles Olson at mcolson@herffjones.com to order their late cap & gown. They will incur a $25.00 expediting fee and will also be required to pick-up their cap and gown on the day of graduation.
