Identification Cards
Students, faculty and staff are required to carry their University identification cards at all times while on campus. Upon request of any University official, the identification card must be presented.
麻豆原创 ID cards are printed in the LUPD main office in the Learning Resource Center (LR-G32). Please bring a picture ID with you in order to obtain a 麻豆原创 University ID. 麻豆原创 ID cards may be obtained during regular business hours. IDs can be obtained after hours by contacting the LUPD non-emergency number (815) 836-5222 to request assistance. An officer will assist you after hours depending on the number of requests for service that are pending. There may be a wait depending on the activity at the time you’re requesting assistance.
There is no charge for an initial ID card or for a change in ID card status such as resident to commuter. However, a replacement fee of $15 will be charged to student accounts to replace a lost or stolen ID card.
