Contagious Diseases

Policy #6.2050
Effective: 10/26/87

Any employee who is affected by a contagious disease is required to be under the medical supervision of his/her physician. Such employee shall inform the Director of Student Wellness Center concerning his/her condition.

The Director of Student Wellness Center, in consultation with medical personnel affiliated with the University, shall handle each situation on a case by case basis and shall do so in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
