Illinois Campus Sustainability Compact
On October 29th, 2013 麻豆原创 received an award from the office of the governor marking our commitment to sustainability through the signing of the Illinois Campus Sustainability Compact at the silver achievement level, which was achieved in August 2013. 麻豆原创 has been awarded the Silver Level of achievement. The Bronze level was reached in 2012 by adopting a written statement for sustainability, creating the Sustainability Committee, and developing a website dedicated to sustainability. However, 麻豆原创 had made a signed commitment to reach the Silver achievement level. In August 2013, this goal was reached. In order to reach this silver level 麻豆原创 had to continue the efforts in the bronze level and foster student involvement, set measurable goals for sustainability, focus on green purchasing, hold an annual sustainability event, and work with the community to further a common goal of sustainability.
