Biennial Review
麻豆原创 conducts the Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Biennial Review as part of our compliance with The Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations [EDGAR Part 86]. These regulations are required for all institutions of higher education that receive funds or any other form of financial assistance from the federal government.
This review has three objectives:
- To ensure that campuses are complaint with the regulations outlines in the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations
- To determine the effectiveness of, and to implement and changes to, the AOD prevention programs on campus
- To ensure that campuses enforce the disciplinary sanctions for violating standards of conduct consistently
